Man arrested in 2007 killing

The Baltimore Sun

Baltimore police have arrested a 42-year-old man and charged him in the killing of Theresa Parker, a city woman whose body was found in a rowhouse near Old Town Mall in March.

The suspect, Darnell Jeter, was arrested Monday evening at his workplace, Buffalo Bill Meats in the 200 block of W. Lexington St., police said.

Jeter, who lives in the 5000 block of Walther Ave., is charged with first-degree murder, police said. Parker's body was found March 25 after a tipster called them to say there was a body in an East Baltimore rowhouse in the 1200 block of Treeleaf Court. An autopsy revealed that she died from head injuries caused by an unknown weapon, according to police.
