An obituary published in yesterday's editions for John Streett "Jack" Davis omitted the names of two stepdaughters and incorrectly listed the home of his stepson.

Mr. Davis is survived by Kelly Priestley Ruckelshaus and Sharon Priestley O'Brien, both of Baltimore; and his stepson, Charles R. Priestley, lives in Hammond, La.
