Bob Johnson of Marriottsville, a rheumatology account manager with the biotechnology company Amgen, was appointed vice chair of the board of directors of the Arthritis Foundation's Maryland chapter.
He was recognized at the chapter's recent annual meeting at Charlestown Retirement Community in Catonsville.
Loraine Reddington of Dayton was presented with the Outstanding Service Award, and Jennifer Lyons-Keefe of Ellicott City received the Legs in the Community Award for her work with the chapter's 2007 5K Jingle Bell Run/Walk for Arthritis.
