Provident Bank appointed Nancy Alperstein as senior vice president/division head in the marketing division. She formerly was a product manager for Citibank. The Baltimore-based regional bank also named Nancy Quiroz, administrative division, Fitzgerald Brutus, community banking division, and Jennifer Stoner, product management division, as vice presidents.

Stone Street Capital appointed Michele Hsu as senior vice president of marketing for the Bethesda-based specialty lending finance company.

Education

College of Notre Dame of Maryland selected Kara M. Yendell as director of conference services for the Baltimore college. She was formerly with Boordy Vineyards.

Prass & Irving LLP admitted Edward A. Brown, Stephen T. Neal and Ellis B. Ramirez to the Annapolis intellectual property law firm.

180s Inc. appointed Brian Mangione as vice president of sales for the Baltimore-based international clothing accessories designer, maker and merchandiser.

The American Cancer Society appointed Alex O. Stone as vice president of annual giving.

Professional services

Heath Design Group named Patti Rae to the staff as director of interior design. She has more than 30 years of experience in commercial design and most recently ran her own design firm, Patti Rae Interiors.

Gensler Baltimore appointed James Wallace as a principal, Joseph Jansen to senior associate and Kathy Anderson and Dan Jones as associates of the international design consulting firm.

Daft-McCune-Walker Inc. named Kristy Bischoff program manager for the Towson-based regional land development and consulting firm.

Real estate

The Strata Group appointed A. Joseph Cservek as chief operating officer of the Baltimore-based real estate company. He formerly was chief executive officer and president of the northern division of RGS Title LLC.
