After Friday's road loss to the Milwaukee Wave, Blast players were forced to awaken at 5:45 a.m. to fly back to Baltimore for last night's game against the New Jersey Ironmen. The Blast looked sluggish at times but made enough plays to pull out a victory.

The Blast led for much of the game but needed Machel Millwood and Adauto Neto to score power-play goals 1:19 apart in the fourth quarter to take command en route to a 10-6 victory over the Ironmen before an announced 8,118 at 1st Mariner Arena.
