On February 8, 2008, VERNON T. HIBLINE, SR.; retired Baltimore City Policeman. Dear companion of Kim Lanzer and former husband of Joyce Hibline; devoted father of Vernon T. Hibline, Jr., Kelly Weidman, Kim Butler and Glen Hibline; loving grandfather of Adam Tate, Katelyn Hibline, Lauren Weidman, Victoria Hibline, Alexander Weidman, Joshua and Jake Butler. Also survived by two sisters and one brother. Funeral service will be held at the Connelly Funeral Home of Essex, 300 Mace Avenue, on Thursday, 11 A.M. Interment Holly Hill Memorial Gardens. Visitation hours Tuesday and Wednesday, 3 to 5 and 7 to 9.
