On February 7, 2008, Franklin John A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Ignatius Catholic Church in Forest Hill, MD on Monday, February 11, 2008 at 10:30 a.m. Interment will be in Highview Memorial Gardens in Fallston, MD.
