Annapolis police release sketch of slaying suspect

Police investigators have released a composite sketch of a suspect in the killing of an Annapolis man and woman Jan. 18.

The victims, Cecelia Brown, 50, of 29 A Bens Drive, and Charles Cully Jr., 29, of the first block of Marcs Court, were discovered by a friend that morning in Brown's home. Both had been shot, Annapolis police said.

The suspect is described as a black male, 18 to 21 years old, about 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighing 130 to 140 pounds, with a thin build, clean shaven, last seen wearing a dark-colored knit hat and a blue winter jacket.

Annapolis police are offering a reward for information leading to the identification and arrest of the suspect. Individuals with information may remain anonymous. Anyone with information is asked to call 410-919-3028 or 410-349-0217.
