On January 19, 2008, TYISHA NORMAN, died at the Good Samaritan Hospital. Tyisha is survived by her father, Melvyn Norman of Portsmouth, VA; a sister, Tracey Norman of Baltimore, MD; and a host of family members and close friends. A Memorial Service will be held on February 8, 2008 at the Calvin B. Scruggs Chapel, 1412 East Preston Street, Baltimore, MD 21213, at 12:00 noon.
