A man was found shot to death yesterday morning in East Baltimore, police said.

The unidentified man was shot in the head in the 1600 block of E. Federal St. about 10 a.m., said Officer Troy Harris, a police spokesman.

The man was taken to an area hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Police said they had no suspects.
