The Harford County Development Advisory Committee serves as a forum for the review of subdivision and site plans submitted to the Department of Planning and Zoning by those seeking building permits. The committee will review the following proposals at 9 a.m. Wednesday in the second-floor conference room of the Harford County government building, 220 S. Main St., Bel Air:

Lands of Brehm-Lots 2 & 5 (AKA Rock Ridge Farms)

Location: North side of Rock Ridge Road, approximately one mile west of St. Clair Bridge Road.

Developer: Raymond E. Brehm/Highland Survey Associates Inc.

Description: Subdivide existing Lot 2 Rock Ridge Farms to create Lot 5, 12.09 acres.

New Hope Christian Fellowship, United Methodist Church

Location: End of Watergate Court, east of Edgewater Drive.

Description: Construct 1,440-square-foot addition to existing church, 4.83 acres.

Southern States Shawsville

Location: East side of Norrisville Road (Route 23) north of White Hall Road.
