Louisa Horton Hill, 87 Actress

Louisa Horton Hill, a stage, film and television actress, and the former wife of George Roy Hill, director of The Sting, has died.

Ms. Horton, who used her own name professionally, died Friday at Lillian Booth Actors' Fund Home in Englewood, N.J., her daughter-in-law Sandy McCormick Hill said.

Ms. Horton made her film debut in 1948 in All My Sons opposite Burt Lancaster and Edward G. Robinson.

Ms. Horton and Mr. Hill married in 1951 and remained close after their 1970s divorce.

Ms. Horton was born in China and raised in Haiti and the Washington, D.C., area.
