On January 24, 2008 RUTH LILLIAN GRUHN (nee Dimmick) beloved wife of the late Earle A. Gruhn; loving mother of Louise MacDonald, William D. Gruhn, Marie Stockdale and the late Charles Gruhn; devoted grandmother of Meg, Beth, Andrew, Carl, Sarah and the late Lisa; cherished great-grandmother of David. The family will receive friends in the LEMMON FUNERAL HOME OF DULANEY VALLEY, INC., 10 W. Padonia Road (at York Road), Timonium, MD 21093 on Sunday, 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Interment private. A Memorial Service will be celebrated in the Calvary Baptist Church, 120 W.
