On January 22, 2008, LAWRENCE J.; son of Margaret Cook Caple and the late Howard Hartman, Sr., husband of Patsy Milter Hartman; father of Robin Kuchinski and Penny Kinkade; brother of Juanita Hartlove, Melanie Heilman, Rita Perez, Howard Hartman, Jr., Oliver Caple, Gordon Caple and the late Cecelia Way. Also survived by five grandchildren. The family will receive friends at the Pritts Funeral Home and Chapel, 412 Washington Road, Westminster on Sunday, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Please use the Chapel entrance. There will be no public Funeral Service and Interment will be private.
