On January 22, 2008, LAWRENCE J.; son of Margaret Cook Caple and the late Howard Hartman, Sr., husband of Patsy Milter Hartman; father of Robin Kuchinski and Penny Kinkade; brother of Juanita Hartlove, Melanie Heilman, Rita Perez, Howard Hartman, Jr., Oliver Caple, Gordon Caple and the late Cecelia Way. Also survived by 5 grandchildren. The family will receive friends at the Pritts Funeral Home and Chapel, 412 Washington Road, Westminster on Sunday, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Please use the Chapel entrance. There will be no public Funeral Service and Interment will be private.
