'Off the Map'
The lowdown -- Catch a performance of Off The Map, a quirky comedy that revolves around the main character's reminiscences about her unusual childhood, at Fell's Point Corner Theatre.

The lowdown -- Hear some harpsichord and Handel on Saturday at the Unitarian Universalist Chalice Concert Series' presentation of "Handel en Italia." Harmonious Blacksmith, a chamber group consisting of Joseph Gascho on harpsichord and Justin Godoy on recorder, will perform works by Handel and the Italian composers who influenced him.

The lowdown -- C. Grimaldis Gallery will host Violence & Tranquility, an exhibit by Tony Shore, the 2007 recipient of the Janet & Walter Sondheim Prize. Shore's works, paintings created on black velvet, depict the people and places that influenced him while he grew up in Baltimore.
