She is also survived by her mother Mrs. Annie Miligan, three grandchildren and four great grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Family and friends may call at the family owned Howell Funeral Home, 4600 Liberty Heights Avenue on Wednesday from 3 to 7pm. Services will be held on Thursday in the Sanctuary of Union Bethel AME Church, 8615 Church Lane, Randallstown, MD. Family hour will begin 10:30 to 11:30. Homegoing services to follow.
