On January 6, 2008 FRANK S. (FRANKIE) beloved son of Cynthia Owens of Edgemere, MD. He is also survived by grandmother Edith Johnson, two sons, four brothers, two stepsisters, on sister-in-law, three aunts, one uncle, and a host of other relatives and friends.
