Webb and her husband Richard N.; uncle of Delores Beatty and her husband Loren. Mr. Desmond will lie-in-state at the Chapel of Oak Crest Village from 9:00-9:30 AM, at which time a funeral mass will be celebrated. Interment Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery.
