BLAST TONIGHT

The Baltimore Sun

Matchup -- Blast (6-6) at New Jersey Ironmen (8-5)

Site -- Prudential Center, Newark, N.J.

Time -- 8

TV/Radio -- Fox Soccer Channel/680 AM

Outlook -- The Blast, hoping to bounce back from the current franchise's first shutout loss, tries to repeat its convincing victory of two weeks ago when it routed the Ironmen, 15-2, at 1st Mariner Arena. Adauto Neto is expected to return to the lineup after sitting out the 4-0 defeat at Philadelphia as a precaution, but assistant coach-player David Bascome is questionable. Bascome had two goals in the first meeting, and Machel Millwood added a goal and two assists. New Jersey's Dan Antoniuk is third in the MISL in points with 37, and Millwood has 25, one behind Blast leader Denison Cabral. Blast goalie Sagu is No. 1 in the league with an 8.18 points-against average.
