Foundation board adds Doetsch, O'Guinn

Missy Mattey, executive director of the Howard Community College Educational Foundation, has announced the addition of two members to the organization's board of directors: Chip Doetsch and Rhonda O'Guinn.

Doetsch, president and chief executive officer of Apple Ford, has more than 20 years of experience in automotive sales. He helped establish the Apple Ford franchise in Columbia.

O'Guinn is a member of the Creig Northrop realty team with Long and Foster Real Estate Inc.

She is a member of local, state and national associations of real estate professionals and the International Association of Home Staging Professionals. O'Guinn, who lives in Clarksville with her husband, Patrick, has served on numerous local nonprofit boards and committees.

Hospital recognizes three employees

Mary Jo Lombardo, clinical program manager for the emergency department of Howard County General Hospital, served as a contributor and reviewer for the 2008 Nursing Spectrum Drug Handbook.

Lolly McCance, wound and ostomy program manager at the hospital, has been named Nurse of the Year by the Mid-Atlantic region of the Wound, Ostomy and Continence Nurses Society.

Bianca (Chuen-Chin) Chang has been promoted to senior clinical informatics analyst in the clinical informatics department.
