"I just felt like I was out there by myself," said James, who went 8-for-10 from the field in the fourth. "Everything was going right for me, and I just felt like I was out there in practice."
The Cavaliers, who trailed by 13 points going into the fourth, have won five of six games to improve to 17-17.
James struggled in the first three quarters, making six of 19 attempts.
