Panthers girls roll, 66-50

Shatyra Hawkes scored a game-high 19 points as the No. 2 St. Frances girls basketball team cruised past No. 13 Archbishop Spalding, 66-50, yesterday. Sophy Ngobeni added 11 points for St. Frances (11-1). The Cavaliers fell to 10-3.

No. 14 Fallston 49, Joppatowne 28 -- Jess Harlee scored 24 points as the Cougars girls (8-1) beat the host Mariners (4-5).

Postponements -- Last night's boys and girls games between Bel Air and Aberdeen were postponed because of the death of a Bel Air student in a car accident last week.
