A man was found dead yesterday morning on a street corner in Baltimore County, police said.

The man, believed to be in his late teens or early 20s, was found at Twin Lakes Court and Vosges Road between Randallstown and Pikesville and had a gunshot wound to the head, a county police spokesman said.
