On December 23, 2007, SHEILA M. OYER, of Elkridge, MD. She is survived by her husband of 27 years, Earl A. Oyer. She is also survived by her daughters, Lori Thomas and husband Jim, Melanie Ott and Lance, Kim Abernethy and husband Bruce, Earl A. Oyer III and wife Gilda. Her beloved grandchildren Carson and Clairy Reiher, Shaun Dotterer and Amber Abernethy. Her sister Alyse Segal. Relatives and friends are invited to call at the GARY L.
