On Saturday, December 22, 2007, WILLIAM D. FOY; 87 of Bel Air. Mr. Foy served in W.W. II and later on went on to become a career state employee for over 30 years. He was the beloved husband of Lenora Foy; devoted step-father of Roger, George and Roy Goldman. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Williams life will be honored on Wednesday December 26, at the family owned Evans Funeral Chapel and Cremation Services-Bel air, 3 Newport Drive (Rtes 23 and 24, Forest Hill) from 6 until 7:30 with Visitation at St. Ignatius Catholic Church in Hickory (Forest Hill) on Thursday from 10 until 11, with a Funeral Mass beginning at 11: 00. Private interment will be held at a later date.
