Streeks JR., survived by grandchildren, Katherine Elmer, Dawn Shields and Denise Donovan, niece Diane S. Goldstein, step-children, Carol Lee Hardman, Ronald Criswell and Jane Lilly, great grandchildren, Jessica and Zachary Elmer, G. Anthony "Tony" Streeks, Rachel, Andrew and Brittany Raines, great great grandson Caleb Elmer, great nephews and nieces Michael, Frank and Brian Goldstein and Randi Goldstein-Curatola.
