Fantasy factor -- Cowboys RB Marion Barber, who rushed for two TDs in the teams' last meeting, is av eraging 4.9 yards per carry and might have to carry the load. Panthers RB DeAngelo Williams ran for a 35-yard touchdown in an upset of the Sea hawks last week.

The buzz -- QB Tony Romo's thumb injury might limit the Cow boys' offense, but the Panthers are going with undrafted rookie Matt Moore at QB. Dallas needs to at least stay even with the Packers to get home-field advantage throughout the NFC playoffs.
