Friends may call at the Betts Funeral Home, 1129 N. Caroline Street on Thursday 1 to 7 P.M. Mr. Royster will lie in state 10 A.M. on Friday at Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church and Ministries, 6000 Radecke Avenue where family will receive friends 10:30 to 11 A.M., followed by funeral services. Interment Arbutus Memorial Park.
