On December 6, 2007, JOSEPH CHARLES HLAVIN, JR., husband of Susan Faith, died after being diagnosed with Lymphoma. He is the father of Leigh Ann Melnitchenko and her husband Derek, Lynn Ella Meyers, Joseph C. III and his wife Kathy, and Justin Cedric and his wife Wenonah; grandfather to Ryan Douglas, Bradley Christopher, Joseph C., IV, Matthew John and Rachael Anne. Brother of Alton C. Hlavin and his wife Martha. The family will be receiving friends at their home in Sparks, Maryland on Saturday, December 8 from 3:00 to 9:00, and on Sunday, December 9 from 12:00 to 6:00. A memorial mass will be held at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Eldersburg, MD on Monday at 11:000. In Lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the American Red Cross, www.american.redcross.org.
