Mason TD gives Ravens lead
A 4-yard touchdown pass from Kyle Boller to Derrick Mason helped put the Ravens in front 7-3. The score was set up by a 53-yard pass from Boller to Devard Darling, the Ravens' longest play from scrimmage this season.

Matt Stover's field goal increased the Ravens' lead to 10-3, but the Patriots tied the score on a 1-yard run by Heath Evans. Evans' TD came after the Ravens were called for two penalties, one against cornerback Corey Ivy for holding on third-and-four from the Ravens' 15-yard line.

Back and forth continues
A 17-yard touchdown run by Willis McGahee helped push the Ravens back in front 17-10, but Tom Brady hit all five of his passes on New England's subsequent 72-yard drive that ended with a 3-yard pass to Randy Moss.

Upset bid ends in final minute
The Ravens took a 24-17 lead on Daniel Wilcox's TD catch, but Gostkowski's field goal cut the Patriots' deficit to 24-20, and Brady's 8-yard TD pass to Jabar Gaffney with 44 seconds left won it.
