On November 30, 2007, THEO KATHERYN McKINNEY (nee Powell); beloved wife of the late John L. McKinney; devoted mother of Ruth E. Bedell of Springfield, VA, Sarah K. Hock of Surfside, SC, John L. McKinney of Monkton, MD and the late Joan L. McKinney; dear sister of Ruth Shafer and Leslie Powell. Also survive by nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. A funeral service will be held at the family owned Duda-Ruck Funeral Home of Dundalk, Inc., 7922 Wise Avenue, on Wednesday at 12 P.M. Interment Gardens of Faith Cemetery. Friends may call on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 P.M.
