On Friday, November 16, 2007 DEBBIE ANN WASHINGTON, passed away at St. Joseph Medical Center after a very brief illness. Debbie was born June 6, 1958.Debbie attended the UMBC upon graduation she was employed with Verizon. Memorial Service will be held at Refuge Way of the Cross Church of Christ Inc., 4301 Old York Rd., Balto, MD 21212, on Monday, November 26, 2007 from 6 to 7:30 P.M.
