Hazard: The plastic folding chairs can collapse during use, posing a fall hazard to consumers. Sold at: Office supply retailers nationwide from August 2005 through July 2007 for about $30. Remedy: Consumers should stop using the chairs immediately and contact Iceberg Enterprises to receive a free repair kit with instructions. People who have an allergy to these ingredients run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reactions if they consume the product. Hazard: The bark wrapping of the candle can ignite when the candle burns down, posing a fire hazard. Sold by: Specialty retailers nationwide from September 2007 through October 2007 for between $20 and $80. Remedy: Consumers should stop using the candles immediately and return them to the place of purchase for a full refund or call Roost for product pickup and a full refund.
