The Harford County Development Advisory Committee serves as a forum for the review of subdivision and site plans submitted to the Department of Planning and Zoning by those seeking building permits. The committee will review the following proposals at 9 a.m. Wednesday in the second-floor conference room of the Harford County government building, 220 S. Main St., Bel Air:

Lands of Channell-Lots 5 & 7

Location: South side of Urey Road, about a half-mile west of Amos Road.

Developer: Shirley M. Bailey/Highland Survey Associates Inc.

Description: Subdivide existing Lot 5 to create Lot 7 - 16.990 acres.

330 Bynum LLC

Location: West side of Melrose Lane, north of Bynum Road.

Developer: RKK Properties LLC/330 Bynum LLC/Biota Environmental Design.

Description: Convert residence to landscape contractor storage building/caretaker trailer.
