New shows -- The Howard County Arts Council is presenting two shows at Howard County Center for the Arts: Art HoCo 2007, showing 51 works by 43 Howard County artists, is in Gallery I; Fashion Statement, three-dimensional works by Donna McCullough and Althea Murphy-Price, is in Gallery II, to Dec. 14.
