THE VICTIM

One of two men shot about 2:30 a.m. yesterday in a house in the 7100 block of McClean Blvd. died at Sinai Hospital. He was 27. The other man, 18, survived.

LAST YEAR: Baltimore had recorded 237 homicides as of Nov. 15, 2006.
