Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore and Baltimore County.



Robbery -- A woman, 25, was walking in the 2100 block of Tiffany Alley near the 400 block of Bloom St. about 8 p.m. Monday when she was assaulted by two men who forced her into an alley and robbed her of $25.

Theft -- A framing gun, a trim gun and three boxes of nails - all valued at nearly $1,000 - were stolen over the weekend from a 1986 Dodge pickup truck parked in the 1900 block of Mount Royal Terrace.


Burglary -- Between Saturday and Sunday, someone broke into Municipal Employees Credit Union in the 6800 block of Reisterstown Road after disabling the alarm system and removed an undisclosed sum of money from at least one safe and an ATM


Robbery -- Police were seeking two men who attacked a woman, 30, from behind in the 2200 block of E. Baltimore St. about 11:20 a.m. Monday, knocked her down and stole her purse containing cash and property - all valued at $30.

Assault -- A woman, 23, was standing on the parking lot of a bar in the 1000 block of Dundalk Ave. about 1:20 a.m. Sunday when someone involved in a nearby altercation struck her in the face with a bottle. The woman was treated at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center and released.


Robbery -- A man armed with a shotgun robbed another man, 43, of $20 in the 3200 block of Gulfport Drive in Cherry Hill about 1:30 a.m. Sunday.

Baltimore County


Robbery -- A male, 18, was seated in his car in the first block of Richmar Road about 2 a.m. Monday when he was assaulted by two other males, one with a handgun, who robbed him of his wallet containing a small sum of money. The victim was treated for minor injuries at a hospital.


Burglary -- Someone broke into the Purse Store in the first block of Hooks Lane on Monday through the front door and stole purses and jackets - all valued at $1,400.

Arrest -- Police responding to a report of a young male looking into the windows of homes in the 8900 block of Griffin Way early Monday arrested a male, 17, and charged him with attempted burglary. On the youth, police found a screwdriver, a mask and a pair of field glasses.

Robbery -- Two men, one with a handgun, forced their way into a house in the 9000 block of Sarecen Drive about 6:30 p.m. Monday, bound a 21-year-old female resident and fled with an undisclosed sum of money.


Burglary -- Someone broke into a house in the 1400 block of Second Road through a side window Monday and stole $600 and 30 DVDs.
