Winning time by Glenelg Country School runner Maeve Ricaurte in last week's Interscholastic Athletic Association of Maryland B Conference cross country championships. The A and B conferences run one race with separate team and individual championships awarded, and Ricaurte was the top overall finisher.

Rushing yards by Atholton running back Kelechi Odocha in the Raiders' 41-7 win over Mount Hebron on Friday. Odocha averaged 15.5 yards per run on 18 carries and scored four touchdowns as the Raiders improved to 6-3.

Career victories Centennial field hockey coach Gail Purcell will take into the Eagles' state semifinal game tonight against Fallston. Purcell, who is in her 31st and final season, has guided the Eagles to seven state playoff appearances and the county's only state championship team in 1995.
