On October 31, 2007, JOE JR.; beloved brother of Minnie Fair, Jerry L. Wilkins, Sr., Clinton D. Wilkins, Lula M. Wilkins, Marie Jeter, Ethel Bryant and David Wilkins. He is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends at the JAMES A.
