On Thursday, November 1, 2007, STANLEY W. SR., "Smitty"; husband of the late Margaret M. Phelps; devoted father of Stanley W. Phelps, Jr. and his wife Terry; grandfather of Shannon Deale and her husband William, Amy Phelps and Sean Phelps; great-grandfather of Kenny and Ashlyn. Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, November 6, at 7 p.m. at the Solley United Methodist Church, 7600 Solley Road, Glen Burnie, 21060.
