The Harford County Development Advisory Committee serves as a forum for the review of subdivision and site plans submitted to the Department of Planning and Zoning by those seeking building permits. The committee will review the following proposals at 9 a.m. Wednesday in the second-floor conference room of the Harford County government building, 220 S. Main St., Bel Air:

Villa Maria Riverside Business Park-Lot 1

Location: Southwest side of the intersection of Philadelphia Road (Route 7) and Brass Mill Road.

Developer: Associated Catholic Charities Inc./Frederick Ward Associates.

Description: 24,128-square-foot building for school, 6.44 acres.

Lands of Morris-Lots 7-9

Location: Intersection of Deep Run Road and Tabernacle Road.

Developer: James G. Morris/Highland Survey Associates.

Description: Subdivide parcel into three residential lots, 10.146 acres.

Lands of Morris-Lots 1, 5 and 6

Location: North side of Deep Run Road, west side of Tabernacle Road.

Developer: Glen and Linda Gall/Highland Survey Associates.

Description: Revise Lot 1 and create two additional lots, 10.126 acres.

Bel Air North Village-Lot 1

Location: East side of Rock Spring Road (Route 24), between Bynum Road and Spenceola Parkway.
