Town hall meeting

Residents who want to discuss the impact of the arts on Baltimore are invited to the Mayor's Cultural Town Meeting from 7 to 9 tonight at the Maryland Institute College of Art, Brown Center's Falvey Hall, 301 Mount Royal Ave. Speakers will include Mayor Sheila Dixon; Anne L'Ecuyer, associate vice president of field services for Americans for the Arts; and Zoltan J.
