She is survived by five grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, six siblings, Edith S. Meredith, Irene Jones, Cora Jackson, Gilmore, Jr., Meredith, Doris Harris and Elaine Simmons (deceased); a long time devoted friends Barbara Chili Maney; other relatives and friends. Family and friends gathering on Tuesday from 5-7 P.M. at the PHILLIPS FUNERAL HOME, 1721-27 N. Monroe St. Christian Wake, Wednesday from 11:30 A.M. to 12 noon at which time funeral services will begin. Vernon R. Bailey, Funeral Director. Tuesday only.
