GAMES TO WATCH

The Baltimore Sun

GOLF

State tournament @ College Park

WHEN -- Tomorrow-Wednesday

OUTLOOK -- The three-day tournament features several players from Harford County. North Harford qualified as a team thanks to its strong performance in the recent district tournament. Harford County has fared well in the states in recent years.

GIRLS SOCCER

UCBAC Championship: No. 6 Fallston vs. Harford Tech

WHEN -- Wednesday, 5 p.m.

WHERE -- Edgewood

OUTLOOK -- The fact that Fallston made the Upper Chesapeake Bay Athletic Conference championship game probably didn't surprise too many people. The Cougars already knocked off defending champion C. Milton Wright, 2-0. The Cobras were the turnaround story of the season, winning the Susquehanna Division and giving up only nine goals after winning just two games last year. Talented freshmen have sparked Harford Tech.

BOYS SOCCER

UCBAC Championship: No. 6 Fallston vs. Aberdeen

WHEN -- Wednesday, 7 p.m.

WHERE -- Edgewood

OUTLOOK -- Fallston has a good mixture of speed and skill and played a tough schedule to get ready for the regionals. Aberdeen can score some goals, like last week when Tyler Donahoo's three-goal, two-assist effort sparked a 6-4 victory over Havre de Grace, but the Eagles need to beware of Fallston's speed.

FOOTBALL

Edgewood @ Joppatowne

WHEN -- Friday, 7 p.m.

OUTLOOK -- Joppatowne has won five straight since dropping its opener to North Carroll. The Mariners improved to 5-1 with a 35-14 rout of Fallston. Tavon Henley scored three times in the victory. Edgewood has won three of four after losing its first two games. Caleb Winslow ran for two touchdowns in the Rams' most recent win, a 20-6 victory over Bel Air.
