Two men robbed a Brooklyn Park convenience store at gunpoint, Anne Arudnel County police said.
The clerk told police that the pair, armed with handguns, entered the 7-Eleven store at 4000 Ritchie Highway about 1:15 a.m. Friday and demanded money. They fled with an undetermined sum.
The robbers were described as black, ages 19 to 25, one about 5 feet, 10 inches tall, weighing 175 pounds and wearing a white T-shirt, baggy blue jeans and a black and gold hat; and the other about 5 feet, 7 inches tall, 155 pounds and wearing a black T-shirt, dark jean shorts and a black do-rag.
Passenger robbed as he leaves train
Three men robbed and assaulted a passenger who had just gotten off a light rail train in Linthicum, Anne Arundel County police said.
The victim told police he had just left the train at the Nursery Road station about 7:25 p.m. Thursday when three men wearing black clothes approached him.
One punched him in the back of the head and took his wallet, the man said.
