On October 7, 2007, JOSEPH SACHS at Anne Arundel Medical Center, son of the late Rose Sachs (nee Lapides) and the late Bernard Sachs, devoted husband of Jacqueline Rubin Sachs, loving father of Deborah and Bill Love of Annapolis, Sheri Stracener of Austin, TX and Richard Glabman of Dallas, TX, grandfather of Nicole Maness, David Love, Jacob Love and Sean Love, all of Maryland; Rhiannon Stracener, Callahan Glabman and Sarah Clarke of Texas. He was former Alderman of Ward 4 in Annapolis; former Chairman of the Historic District Commission, former President of the Annapolis Symphony Orchestra Board and the Maryland Hall of the Creative Arts Board; former member of City Republican Committee; Temple Beth Shalom Board; former Executive Vice President and General Manager of the Baltimore Bullets, special Sales Representative for Mercedes Benz. Celebration of life ceremony will be held from 4pm to 6pm on Thursday, October 11 at the Maryland Hall for the Creative Arts in Annapolis.
