Shooting -- A 24-year-old man who was shot last week was shot a second time about 3 a.m. Thursday while walking down a street in West Baltimore. The man was walking in the 1200 block of Clendenin St. when he heard a gunshot and felt pain in his left forearm. The man was taken to Maryland Shock Trauma Center, where he was treated and released. No arrest had been made. Information on the first shooting was unavailable.

Stolen vehicle -- A red 1998 Toyota with tags 222BDG was stolen Tuesday in the 1000 block of Light St.
Baltimore County
North Point
Theft -- Someone broke into a trailer parked in the 2800 block of North Point Road Thursday and stole tools valued at $5,000.
Franklin
Rape -- A 14-year-old Owings Mills girl told police she left school with a known male and two other people Tuesday, then went to her home where she and the known male had sexual relations. After the report, the girl was treated at an area hospital. Police said that no arrests had been made and that the incident remains under investigation.
