Ridgeway and her husband Robert, Brett M. Smith, Wendy S. Carlineo and her husband Joe and Todd A. Smith, dear brother of William J. Smith, Jr., Robert F. Smith and the late Mildred Holt, loving grandfather of Bob and his wife Joan, Brooke and Becky Hare, Christopher Book, Robert Jr., Andrew and Kendall Ridgeway, Joey and Danny Carlineo, great-grandfather of Raegan and Kassidy Hare. Funeral services will be held at the family owned Leonard J. Ruck Funeral Home, Inc., 5305 Harford Road (at Echodale) on Thursday at 11 A.M. Interment Moreland Memorial Park.
