Yards per carry for South Carroll's Greg Tellish through the Cavaliers' first three games. Tellish led the county with 305 yards rushing before this weekend's games.


Consecutive games lost by the Liberty football team before a 33-0 upset of Westminster on Sept. 20. The Lions had not won since Oct. 14, 2005.


Win for the Liberty volleyball team in its opening game against No. 12 Francis Scott Key on Tuesday. The Lions rallied from a 23-19 deficit and survived five game points on their way to handing the previously unbeaten Eagles a four-game loss.


Team score for Liberty to win last week's Class 2A-1A District I golf tournament. John Rosecrans led the Lions with a 75, followed by Justin Catlin (78), Tyler Bush (80) and Frank Cinquegrani (80).
